Mishawaka Catholic Aftercare Program
**To contact aftercare staff between 3pm and 6pm at the St. Bavo Campus, please call 574-931-7610.
**Students must be registered by the first day of school or before the first day they plan to use Aftercare.
The Aftercare program is held at our St. Bavo Campus from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Transportation is provided from the other two campuses. Aftercare is charged by the week. The first child is $55, the second child $50, and the third child $45. Ms. Erin Goodrich is our Aftercare director and will be available at Opening Day to meet families and answer any questions you may have.
Aftercare also utilizes the Boonli platform. With that said, we are still working with Boonli to ensure that we have the most efficient process in place, without placing large charges on our families at one time.
We will not use Boonli for Aftercare in August. Charges for August will be billed through FACTS. Due to having two short weeks this month, we will prorate the charges.

Program Days & Hours:
Monday - Friday (Scheduled School Days)
3:00pm-6:00pm AND will be available on Early Dismissal Days
All charges will be billed monthly through FACTS. A payment calendar will be shared with all families that register.
Late Pick-Up Fees & Policies
The end time of the program is strict. Late pick-up fees will be charged for children not picked up by 6:00 pm. There will be a $1 per minute charge for children not picked up after that time. A family who picks up after 6:15 pm may be suspended from use of the program for 5 school days. If late pick-ups reoccur a longer suspension or removal from the program may be implemented subject to the principal’s approval.
