My kid(s) may need to stay 1 or 2 times a year, do I need to fill out the paperwork?

YES!  We are encouraging all parents to fill out aftercare paperwork in case an emergency arises and students would need to stay.  The YMCA cannot keep students without the proper paperwork on file.

How will my student(s) at the St. Joe or St. Monica campus get to the St. Bavo Campus?

The YMCA has a van that will transport students to the St. Bavo Campus

What if I am running late and can’t get my child by 3:15?

Students MUST HAVE paperwork on file (which is why we are encouraging all parents to fill out the papers for the
afterschool program) to be sent to aftercare and will be charged the $15 drop-in fee
regardless of how long they are there.

Will aftercare be open on early dismissal days?

Yes!   They will also offer "School’s out Y’s in" on days the school has off.
More details are included in the information above.

I notice the cost is more. Is there any aid available?

Yes! You must first apply through the YMCA
Early Ed Connect (in.gov)

Then MCS will be offering financial assistance.
