**Students must be registered by the first day of school or before the first day they plan to use Aftercare.

Beginning in the 2024-2025 school year, Mishawaka Catholic School will be returning to facilitating our own Aftercare. As in the past, Aftercare will be held at the St. Bavo Campus with students from the St. Monica and St. Joe campuses being transported to the St. Bavo Campus. More information will follow regarding transportation.
We have hired a new director of Aftercare and look forward to introducing her plans for the program soon.
Program Days & Hours:
Monday - Friday (Scheduled School Days)
3:00pm-6:00pm AND will be available on Early Dismissal Days
Registration Steps
1. Complete the Google Registration forms.
2. All students must have a completed emergency form in the school office.
Cost
First child $50/week
Second Child $45/week
Third Child $40/week
Fourth and Fifth Child $30/week
There are no drop-in or pro-rated options. Regardless of the number of hours or days a child attends, the cost will remain per week.
Payments
All charges will be billed monthly through FACTS. A payment calendar will be shared with all families that register.
Late Pick-Up Fees & Policies
The end time of the program is strict. Late pick-up fees will be charged for children not picked up by 6:00 pm. There will be a $1 per minute charge for children not picked up after that time. A family who picks up after 6:15 pm may be suspended from use of the program for 5 school days. If late pick-ups reoccur a longer suspension or removal from the program may be implemented subject to the principal’s approval.
